You can trust that I will use only the finest ingredients in my products.  Your safety and your health is very important to me.  My main reason for creating handmade body products is for more control over what is being put on the body.  Most of the products on the shelves at the market today cannot be trusted.  Soaps, lotions, perfumes etc... contain chemicals like Diethanolamine, Phthalates, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, Parabens and many other harsh chemicals.  These chemicals are known endoctrin disruptors, estrogen mimics and some of them have also been linked to cancer. 

How long does shipping take? TOP

SHIPPING: After payment is received and has cleared, your order will ship within 2 business days. 

If you place an order on Friday after 5 pm central time or Saturday morning it will be shipped on Monday.

All of my products are shipped through the United States Postal System.  Please allow between 3-7 days for your order to arrive.

Do you give refunds or allow exchanges? TOP

Due to the nature of my body products, all sales are final.

Cards are refundable if they arrive in poor condition.  Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your package if you are not satisfied with the condition in which they arrived.

What type of payment do you accept? TOP

I accept paypal, checks and money orders.  To learn more about paypal and/or to sign up for a free account, please visit the paypal website at http://www.paypal.com.  If you already have a paypal account you can pay using a credit card or money transfer.  A 6.67% sales tax will be applied to all orders by Minnesota residents.  Shipping & handling costs will also be calculated.

Can I cancel my order? TOP

I check email and phone messages daily.  Once an order is received it is shipped within 48 hours (during regular business days), therefore, I cannot accept cancellations.

Will my information be kept private? TOP

I am committed to protecting your privacy.  When you order, I request your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date.  This allows me to process and fill your order and to notify you of your order status.

I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. 

All orders, except those made by mail, are processed through the paypal secure site.
